Senate committee approves voter to punishment for not voting

The Committee on Constitution, Justice and Citizenship of the Senate (CCJ) approved on Wednesday Efira (9), on a completed, a proposal that ends up with seven of the punishments that were imposed on voters not to vote. To pass the claim, the proposal must be approved by the House of Representatives.
Changes in the Electoral Code were proposed by a project of Senator Marco Maciel (DEM-PE). The design keeps just fine for those who fail to vote in the amount of 5% to 20% the minimum wage in the region where the voter keeps the title. The punishment only applies when the voter does not justify to the judge in an election within 30 days after completion of the election. The project, however, the voter free of punishment as a ban on signing up for tender or take possession in public office.
